  • 11:45 am – Guests arrival from Peach Mountain Tour

  • 11:30 am – Bus departure for FXB
  • 11:45 am – Registration and Guest Lunch in Atrium of FXB
  • 1:00 pm – Panel Discussions begin
  • 4:00 pm – Bus #1 departure from FXB for hotel – Guests not attending the Aerospace
  • 5:30 pm – Bus #2 departure from FXB transporting guests directly to reception at UMMA
  • 5:45 pm – Bus #1 departure from hotels for reception at UMMA
  • 8:30 pm – Bus #1 and 2 departure for hotels

  • Continuous football shuttles take guests between stadium gates and clubhouse
  • Transportation from the football game is tentative
